Portfolio and Asset Management forms an integral component of our investment service package.  In accordance with the investors’ objectives, Navona provides a business plan to define strategy and direction for acquisitions, dispositions and general operations. In co-ordination with Property Management, Navona`s financial analysts provide a performance history and forecast, assessing each property for optimal performance and efficiency.  Recommendations are provided to the client on an ongoing basis while continuously monitoring the management of the property against the pre-defined investment strategy.
