Prior to becoming President of Navona and up to 1992, Dr. Abromeit-Kremser served as Vice President of a private real estate investment group. In his capacity as private client advisor, Dr. Abromeit-Kremser successfully implemented a management-led buy-out of the private client business. Dr. Abromeit-Kremser holds a B.Com. degree from the University of Toronto and was awarded a Ph.D in Economics from the Economics University of Vienna, Austria “Magna Cum Laude” for his doctoral thesis on “Open Ended Real Estate Investment Trusts”. |

Ms. Phu is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant who completed her academic training in Business Administration at Humber College as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Ryerson University. Ms. Phu brings with her many years of controllership experience and comes from Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust (CREIT), where she held a similar position. Ms. Phu supports Navona in the areas of property accounting, corporate accounting and budgeting, auditor coordination, tax returns, management of insurance policies, as well as special projects. |

Ms. Belille joined Navona Realty Services Inc. as Property Manager in November of 2011. Prior to joining Navona, Jennifer was Property Manager for a major grocery retailer, overseeing a portfolio of 120 stores in the Ontario region, where she held roles as Lease Administration Manager and Tenant Services Coordinator.
Ms. Belille’s passion for customer service is a key contributor to her success in negotiating and managing tenant needs and expectations.

Ms. Shaw brings a unique combination of real estate finance, leasing, development and commercial construction skills to Navona. Her experience in strategic analysis, leasing and large development projects at GWL Realty Advisors & Bell Canada provides the foundation for analytical clarity in asset management, the expertise to lead Navona's Canadian acquisitions and the skills to act as principal for leasing and construction initiatives. These results are focused on enhancing long term value for Navona's clients.
